“ Quintessential Texas small town Cafe- this place doesn't do anything wrong. Amazing burgers with great fries and the best tea - plus the friendliest staff you'll ever meet. Parking lot was full and I was lucky to get a small table during lunch time. Very modest prices for the culinary treasure you receive. Better salsa than most Mexican restaurants, while you wait - no matter what you order. Neighboring tables boasted amazing looking chicken fried steaks on one side and a lot of gorgeous looking enchiladas on the other. Needless to say, I've returned several times to have them as well. The enchiladas are simply phenomenal! ”

I was in Houston for the 2017 Livestock Show & Rodeo BBQ Cookoff and decided to take a ride to Boling to eat the red cheesy enchiladas (onions on top of course) I grew up eating when Butch (owner) was working there. Always order them with a side of fries and cream gravy for dipping, different but great combination, the best!! The enchiladas are as good as I remember, if not better, Tex-Mex comfort food at it's best. You need to try them, you won't be disappointed! ”
